X-射线荧光光谱法测定烧绿石型铌矿中的铌、锆

Determination of niobium and zirconium in pyrochlore type niobium ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

摘要:

对用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定烧绿石型铌矿中的铌、锆含量进行了介绍.用LiBr作脱模剂,混合熔剂熔融制样,利用化学分析定值建立标准工作曲线,该法的测定结果准确度高、精密度高、重现性好,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.5，,能满足实验研究对铌、锆定量分析的要求.该法流程简单,分析速度快,是一种比较实用的快捷分析方法.

Abstract:

In this paper,determination of niobium and zirconium in pyrochlore type niobium ore using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF)was introduced.LiBr as release agent,the samples were prepared by melting with mixed flux fusion. The standard working curve was established by chemical analysis.The determination results of this method has a relative high accuracy,high precision and good repeatability and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 0.5， can meet the requirement of quantitative analysis.The analytical method is quick,simple and practicalway.
