Abstract:In this study,the pre-mixed NiCoCrAlYTa-10,Al2O3 powders were thermally sprayed onto Cr28Ni48W5 heat resistant steel substrate by supersonic atmospheric plasma spraying (SAPS).The microstructure,properties including porosity,bonding strength,micro-hardness,friction and wear characteristics were systematically investigated.The results shows that the coating structure is quite dense, bonding strength is larger than 45MPa,and micro-hardness is higher than 500 Hv0.3.In particular, the wear performance at both room temperature and 900℃ environment were significantly improved compared with the substrate without coating.
