Abstract:

Cadmium telluride thin film solar cells has become a hot spot in the global photovoltaic research field. This paper gives a brief of the characteristics of CdTe thin film solar cells, introduces the CdTe at home and abroad research status and industrial progress in the field of thin film solar cells.
