Abstract:The paper studied the factors of recovery iron-phosphorus alloy from high iron-phosphorus complex rare metal mineral by “high temperature reduction-magnetic separation-melting”process.Under the reaction conditions of reducing the ore at temperature of 1450℃,holding time for 4 hours,mass ratio of Ca to carbon and ore was 10∶12∶100,crushing the reduction burden to 0.178mm,and magnetic separating being in 0.1T magnetic field,magnetic products and rare metal enrichment were gained.The recovery of iron from magnetic products was 82.72,,the recovery of phosphorus from magnetic products was 64.49,,the recovery of rare earth from rare metal enrichment was 93.4,,the recovery of niobium from rare metal enrichment was 45,.Main index of iron-phosphorus alloy is fulfilled with requirement of GB3210-82FeP16.
