    摘要:

    分别采用圆形石墨靶电弧技术和线性离子源物理气相沉积技术在高速钢基体表面制备DLC涂层,研究涂层与铝合金6061在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明,用圆形石墨靶电弧和线性离子源技术制备的DLC涂层中sp3含量分别为68,和53,,与铝合金间的平均摩擦系数分别为0.1019和0.2911.DLC涂层的主要失效方式是涂层局部剥落,形成10~20μm剥落状DLC颗粒.DLC涂层中sp3含量越高,其摩擦磨损寿命越长,铝合金粘附转移量越少.

    Abstract:

    The DLC film deposited on the high speed steel substrate was prepared by PVD technology with the circular arc target and linear ion source .The friction and wear behavior between DLC film and alumi-num alloy without lubrication were investigated .The result showed that the sp3 content of DLC-1 coating prepared by circular arc was up to 68, ,while the sp3 content of DLC-2 coating prepared by linear ion source was 53, .The friction coefficient between DLC film and aluminum alloy were 0 .1019 and 0 .2911 , respectively .T he main failure of the DLC film is due to spalling of film ,forming the flake of 10-20μm car-bon particles .The higher the sp3 content is ,the better performance in the friction and wear behavior show .
