    在能源领域中,管道结垢导致阻力增加、生产效率低及能量损失。超疏水涂层因具有优良的疏水性及低表面能特性而受到广泛关注。将超疏水涂层引入到管道中,从热力学、结晶学和流体力学的角度分析了超疏水涂层的防结垢和减阻的机理,采用化学刻蚀法在铝片表面和铝管内壁制备超疏水涂层,然后对铝片开展动静态抗结垢实验及管内的流动实验,结果发现超疏水涂层具有优良的减阻、防结垢性能。将超疏水涂层应用于工业设备中,其不仅可以减少管道阻力、降低沿程损失,还可以有效地防止工业设备结垢。表明,刻蚀法制备超疏水涂层的成本较低、简单易行、安全可靠,展现了良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In the energy sector, pipe fouling leads to increased resistance, low productivity , and energy loss. Superhydrophobic coatings have received much attention because of their excellent hydrophobicity and low surface energy properties. In this paper, superhydrophobic coating is introduced into pipeline, and the mechanism of anti-scaling and resistance reduction of superhydrophobic coating is analyzed from the perspectives of thermodynamics, crystallography and fluid dynamics, and superhydrophobic coating is prepared on the surface of aluminum sheet and the inner wall of aluminum tube by chemical etching method, and dynamic and static anti-scaling experiments and the flow experiment in the tube are carried out on the aluminum sheet, and it is found that superhydrophobic coating has excellent resistance reduction and anti-scaling performance. The application of superhydrophobic coatings to industrial equipment can not only reduce the resistance of the pipe, reduce the loss along the way, but also effectively prevent the the fouling of industrial equipment. This method is low-cost, simple, safe and reliable, and shows a good application prospect.
