    透明高分子涂层因具有良好的防污防腐性能,在许多领域中有重要的应用价值。然而,具有良好防护性能的透明涂层往往需要严苛的制备条件。采用溶胶凝胶法,通过复合多种硅烷分子制备出透明、疏水疏油、防污且稳定的有机硅涂层。通过红外光谱测试、原子力显微镜、接触角及抗污损等测试手段,对有机硅涂层进行了化学结构、形貌以及表面性能等方面的测试和表征。结果表明:该有机硅涂层能够适用于各类常见基材,并在其表面实现良好的防污效果;涂层表面光滑,展现出较小的结构粗糙度;涂层对于水、混合液体和多种低表面能油滴都表现出良好的防吸附能力,对表面污染具有较高的排斥性能,同时在高温加热、紫外光照射、腐蚀性液体浸泡及摩擦实验中,表现出较高的物理化学稳定性。说明,透明高防污有机硅涂层在界面防污与防护等领域中具有良好的应用潜力。

    Abstract:

    Transparent polymer coatings have important application value in many fields because of their good antifouling and anticorrosion properties, but they often require harsh preparation conditions. In this work, a transparent, hydrophobic, oil-repellent, anti-fouling, and stable silicone coating was prepared through the combination of various silanes by the sol-gel method. The chemical structure, morphology, and surface performance of the silicone coating were tested and characterized by infrared spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, contact angle goniometer, and antifouling. The results show that the silicone coating can be applied to various common substrates and achieve a good antifouling effect. The coating surface is smooth and exhibits a small topographic roughness. The silicone coating also exhibits good anti-adhesion for water, mixed liquids, and various low-surface-energy oil droplets, and has high repellency against surface contamination. At the same time, it shows high physicochemical stability in high-temperature treatment, ultraviolet light irradiation, corrosion treatments, and friction tests. This transparent and antifouling silicone coating has application potential in the fields of interface antifouling and protection.
