The reduced iron powder, atomized iron powder, electrolytic copper powder and graphite were used as raw materials.Fe-2cu-xC mixed powder was obtained by premix method and direct mechanical mixing method. The influence of the mixing process on the properties of the mixed powder and the influence of carbon content on the sintering properties and microstructure of Fe-2Cu-xC alloy material were investigated. The results show that the premix method is better than the direct mechanical mixing method, and the carbon content improves the comprehensive mechanical properties and sintering dimensional accuracy of the iron-copper-carbon alloy.
